$1000 BC EDUCATORS FOR DISTRIBUTED LEARNING PSA SCHOLARSHIP
The British Columbia (BC) Educators for Distributed Learning Provincial Specialist Association (EDLPSA) is pleased to offer a $1000 scholarship to a 2019 graduate. The scholarship will be awarded to a student graduating with a High School Dogwood or Adult Diploma from a Distributed Learning program in British Columbia. The successful student will have post-secondary plans for further educational pursuits by upgrading skills, training for a career or enrolling in an academic program at a post-secondary institution. This opportunity is open to any student that has successfully graduated in 2019 from a British Columbia Distributed Learning (DL) program. Proof of graduation will be required before the scholarship is awarded.

Submit a biography with the following information by May 31st:
o What is your name (in full) and birth date?
o Name the Distributed Learning (DL) Program from which you will be graduating.
o Why did you choose to do your school in a DL environment?
o How will this scholarship benefit you?
o Explain why you think you deserve this scholarship?
o What are your future study/career plans?

$1000 LUKA GORDIC MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Dedicated to the memory of Luka Gordic a 2014 Burnaby Central graduate. Two awards will be presented to well rounded students who, while maintaining a good academic standing, have demonstrated positive interactions with the school community and have participated in school athletics.
