1. Capilano Excellence Scholarships

• demonstrate excellence in academics GPA 80%and other school endeavours and who have shown leadership in their school and community
• tuituion waiver for the first year and renewable for up to 3 years

2. Capilano Achievement Scholarships

• strong academic standing, GPA 80% and leadershp in their school and community.
• $1500 awarded to one student at each secondary school

3. Capilano Program Awards

• $1500 per program offered at Capilano e.g. Acting, Applied Business, Arts, Digital Animation, Heatlh Care, Early Childhoo Education, Music, REtail Marketing. Studio Art, Textile Arts etc.

An application is not required . All elligble applicants to Capilano Univesity programs are automatically considered.


4. CAPILANO UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE AWARD

• Applicants must be a canadian citizen or permanent resident
• 75% GPA in grade 12
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need

5. Fairfax Fiancial Holdings Ltd. Entrance Award

• 2 awards valued at $3500 each renewable for 1 year
• Applicants must be a canadian citizen or permanent resident
• 75% GPA in grade 12
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need

6. SCOTIABANK ENTRANCE AWARD FOR BUSINESS STUDIES

• $4000 to assist students in the school of Business at Capilano University
• Applicants must be registered with CAP U. disability services with a documented permanent disability.
• Applicants must be a canadian citizen or permanent resident

7. APPLIED BEHAVIOUR ANALYSIS-AUTISM DEGREE ENTRANCE AWARD

• $4000 to assist students who wish to bui8ld careers working with families with children who have autism
• must be enrolled in the ABA-A-degree (minimum 3 courses)

8. Canadian Daughters League Entrance Award

• must be enrolled in full time Associate of aRts of Science sprogram
• must be outstnad students and demonstrate leadership and community involvement and financial need

9. CAPILANO UNIVERSITY ENGLISH DEPARTMENT SCHOLARSHIPS

• $500
• GPA 3.5 on Eng. 12 + 3 academic gr. 12 courses
• enrolled in Associate Arts Program

10. ATHLETIC ENTRANCE AWARD

• GPA of 3.0 at the committee's discretion , a GPA between 2.5 and 2.9 may be considered.
• can be enrolled in any program

11. ERNST, HELENE AND WLATER KIENZL AWARD

• Applicant will have the highest achievement at the ENvision Jazz Festival.
• must be enrolled in Jazz Studies program

12. UNIVERSAL MUSIC CANADA SCHOLARSHIP

• GPA 80% in gr. 12
• must be enrolled in Jazz Studies degree program

• 80% GPA in gr. 12
