$40 000 University of Guelph National Scholarship

Each scholarship includes a research assistantship position and mentorship by one o Guelph's leading professors.  These reward top students and recognize academic excellence,innovation, community and school engagement and leadership.


The President's Scholarship recognizes students entering with a minimum of 90% admission average who have made significant leadership contributions to their schools and communities.
Chancellors' Scholarships are in honour of our current and past University Chancellors. They recognize students entering with a minimum 90% admission average who have made significant leadership contributions to their schools and communities, and have demonstrated an interest in arts and culture, or international relations and development.
The Lincoln Alexander Scholarships recognizes students entering with a minimum of 90% admission average who have made significant leadership contributions to their school and/or communities. In addition, students must be Aboriginal; or a person with a disability; or a member of a racial minority.

Up to $75,000 University of Toronto National Scholarship


Scholarship covers tuition and fees for 4 years of study, and support for residence the first year and an additional renewable monetary award.

    Up to $12,000 French for the Future's National Essay Contest

    Open to students in grades 10 to 12 across Canada, the Contest will award a total of $215,000 in scholarships, giving its winners the chance to pursue their post secondary studies partially or completely in French.
    The scholarships, valuing between $1,000 to $12,000, are offered in partnership with the following 8 post secondary institutions:

    – the University of Ottawa (ON)
    – the Université Sainte-Anne (NS)
    – the Université de Moncton (NB)
    – the Université Saint-Boniface (MB)
    – the University of Alberta’s Campus Saint-Jean (AB)
    – the University of Lethbridge (AB)
    – Glendon College of York University (ON)
    – Collège Boréal (ON)
