UP TO $2500 BC TECH SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The industry-funded BC Tech Scholarship Program is proud to provide grants to students who have a proven passion for technology, a desire to leave a mark in the tech sector and are pursuing a post-secondary education in a technology-related program. Eligible disciplines include: Biotech, Business & Technology, Cleantech, Computer Science, Digital Media, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, IT & Applied Technology, Management, Product Management, Other technical programs.

Up to $5000 MICHAEL J FOX VISUAL & PERFORMING ARTS SCHOLARSHIP
The MJF Visual & Performing Arts scholarship deadline has been extended to MARCH 15th via email to Ms. Morabito. Students planning to pursue visual and performing arts at post secondary and have financial need should apply for the Michael J Fox Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship. Please note the application says the deadline is April 9th but I would like to organize applications over spring break. Also, if you need additional reference letters please let teachers/community members know they can give me the letters on March 29.

The award recognizes an outstanding Jazz student who will study jazz at the post-secondary level, demonstrate high level of performance ability and is pursuing a professional career in jazz music.

$1000 SHASHI ASSANAND BURSARY
Open to female Grade 12 students who are children of refugees or immigrants to Canada. Applicants must be pursuing a career in social work, education, psychology, nursing, or social service. 500-word essay and reference letters required.

$500 GRACE FAMILY NETWORK FOUNDATION
Founded in the memory of Rebecca Chan, the Grace Family Network Foundation (gfnf) is a non-profit organization that aims to support and encourage under-resourced children and youth in the Greater Vancouver area. gfnf is the embodiment of Rebecca’s heart for others and the hope that it will be carried on in some small way.
Three scholarships of $500 each are available to Greater Vancouver area students graduating in 2021 and beginning their studies at any post-secondary institution in the Fall of 2021. Priority will be given to students in financial need.

This scholarship is awarded annually to a well-rounded student who has demonstrated strong citizenship and leadership skills as demonstrated through voluntary participation in community and school activities. The scholarship shall be applicable towards post-secondary education or trades training at any approved institution

$1000 CLEAN ENERGY BC scholarship
Clean Energy BC is pleased to announce that we will be offering a $1,000 student scholarship again this year. This scholarship is for grade 12 students who are graduating in 2021. To apply for the scholarship, we ask that students submit a reference letter as well as a 500-word essay answering the question, “Why is clean energy important to me as a young person in BC?”
