The Cmolik Foundation awards scholarships to deserving BC students who have faced adversity but through hard work and determination have been successful in graduating from secondary school.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Be a BC resident
- Lived in Canada for a minimum of 7 years
- Plan to graduate from BC secondary school
- Plan to attend full time post secondary school
- Be ineligible for the BC Tuition Waiver Program (for former youth in care)
- Have demonstrated financial need
- Have faced adversity or hardship
- Have exhibited a good work ethic
- Evidence of leadership involvement
Please submit the following by February 1st to Ms.Morabito to be considered for nomination:
1. Draft Cmolik scholarship application
2. Official transcript
3. 2 reference letters (one from a teacher that can verify your eligibility) Use
the "Request for reference Letter" to ask a teacher and a community
member. Ensure you give them two weeks notice.
DEADLINE: February 1st, 2020
